Bridget Berkland is an Assistant Professor of Healthcare Administration and manager of Employee Well-Being at Mayo Clinic. Bridget is passionate about helping healthcare professionals experience opportunities at work to invest in their well-being. Since joining Mayo Clinic in 2007, she develops, leads and researches initiatives to improve the well-being of healthcare professionals. In addition, as a wellness coach certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, Bridget equips and empowers healthcare professionals to achieve their optimal potential.
